This operation is strictly connected with the setting up of several sophisticated plants (aerospace, high performance hydraulic system, lubrication of large machines, offshore plants, etc…) which require certification of the working fluids contamination class, according to norms and technical specifications.
Usually the procedure foresee, after the chemi- cal cleaning of circuits, the execution of flush- ing (with proper flow conditions of the working fluid, in terms of high value of turbulence, etc.), then measure and certification, through analyti- cal methods and proper equipments, of nature and quantity of contaminants (particles, emulsi- fied water etc.).
